so, i'm finally blogging again. yeah shutup, i have an excuse. visiting family and whatnot. i've had access to a computer, but since i'm such a myspace whore now, i used it for that instead. and for downloading some hilarious SNL video clips off of Ares. that was pretty funny.
so the plane ride was good i guess. except me and my brother got split up, but it wasn't that big a deal because it's not like we haven't ever ridden in a plane before. then i got stuck sitting by some really annoying 9-year-old kid that musta had A.D.D. or something, because man.. he was all over the place. banging around with some stick thing, and he would NOT stop talking. holy crap man. ahh whatever.. i wasn't mean to him or anything. actually i was fairly patient with him. but that's just how i am with kids. but not with my brother..
we went to splashtown on saturday with Daniel, my brother, and Cass. that was pretty sweet. but i didn't get to ride Texas Freefall. but we rode the new ride called Tornado. that was friggin awesome.. except i kept hitting my tailbone, and i was sore for a really long time after that. the whole time we were there, me, Daniel, and Cass would yell "you wish!" if we saw any girls looking at us. that was hilarious. and then these girls were walking right by us and i said it and they looked like devastated. ahahaha. not really, but you shoulda seen there faces. after a while we met these girls named Amy and Erika. but they were a buncha dopeheads, so that didn't last too long. when splashtown was done, we went over to Guitar Center in Humble. that place was friggin' awesome too.
sunday was pretty sweet. went to Big Herm's church (yes, my grandfather) and i played guitar for worship. that was cool i guess. i dunno.. everyone told me i did a good job. i met Krissie too. she was really cool. i guess all the things they said about her were true. then we had church again at night and i played again. that was cool.. whatever i guess.
yesterday, my dad and Kera came and picked me up from texas. it was a long drive, but didn't feel too long.. maybe because we had so many stops. we stopped at an old friend of my dad's for about 2 hours in lake charles. that was cool.. everyone was so amazed at how much i've grown and how much i look like my dad and blah blah blah. then the rest of the night we just chilled i guess. me and dad talked a little while too, so that was cool.
today i got a haircut that i'm not so sure if i'm satisfied with or not. i guess we'll see. we should be going to the mall and going swimming too. gonna be a good day, and a good week for that matter. we'll see.
